Images have become unlinked, Help?

My supervisor was using Frontpage the other day and now the background
and every image file has an "X" where it used to be.

It seems to me that this entire set of pages need to be "Refreshed" in
laymen's terms, but I can't figure it out how to do this. We don't use
Frontpage to publish, we just use WS_FTP to upload. Frontpage is just
used for designing the pages.

Have you checked to make sure that all your pictures are where they should
be and that the links to those pictures are pointing to the right place?
