Images in contacts and journal

I sometimes use jpg images in the winodw of my contacts and journal. The
icon of the image appears and it is simple to click on it but I would prefer
to have tihe opened image appear. Advice sought

Have you tried using the Insert menu > Object command to insert a file into
the Notes field?
