Word keeps crashing/choking whenever I try to insert my copy logo in the
header of a document.

Hi

Can you open the logo in other programs? Perhaps the image is damaged. What
file format is it?

Yes. It will :) It's a well-known limitation of this version. You may
find that if the logo is not the FIRST character in the header that you will
get away with it.

There's a bug where if the anchor for a graphic is the first thing in the
first header in the document, Word will crash. If you add a single letter
or a space before it, it will often work OK.

Generally it is best to avoid tables and complex graphics in the header or
footer of a document. This is a highly-stressed area of the document, and
if you get too brave, you will have trouble.

Cheers
