Images in Outlook messages ?

Hello,

We have several users here running Windows XP and Outlook 2000 that
are having problems with images displaying in messages. It doesn't
happen on all emails, but some that have images just display with the
red "X" in the corner. I've tried the suggestion I've seen to clear
out the OLK folder in Temporary Internet Files, but that hasn't
helped. I've also noticed this happening on now on some PCs here with
Outlook XP and Outlook 2003.

Any help you can give on this would be greatly appreciated.
