Images in Reports: Loss of Colour

Hello

We use .bmp images of our companies' logos in the reports that produce our
invoices. The paths to these images are stored in tables. Until recently, the
printed invoices/reports displayed the logos in colour. Now, they print only
in shades of grey (there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with our printers).

Do any of you know why the images only print in shades of grey?

Check the printer options. I had the same problem and had to change it from
"draft" to best.
