I am attempting to use an image in a Microsoft Outlook signature using HTML
encoding.
When creating a new message the images display correctly on any computer.
However, when forwarding or replying a message the images do not display at
all.
When viewing the source of a new HTML message, it sets the image source as
src="cid:243490015@24072006-2279", which I beleive means the image is embeded
into the code. How ever, when forwarding or replying to the message it uses
src="LAND.gif" as the code for the image, rather than embedding it into the
HTML.
The problem is occuring on every forward or reply message. Is there any way
of forcing Outlook to embed the images into the HTML for replies and forwards?
