Images in word

Firstly hello... I'm currently having trouble with images in word (I'
using word 2011 for mac) I am able to drag and drop the image in, then
:

click the image
Format
Wrap text > Tight

(i don't really know what the difference between tight and square is)

But what i want to do is write a little bit of text that relates to tha
image, but can't seem to deviate from the bulk of the text. Not sure ho
to go about this,

I think what you're looking for is the "Caption" button. You should
find it in the "Captions" group on the "Reference" tab. (Unless
they've moved it since Word2007.) The normal way to use it is to
select the image that needs a caption, click the button, and follow
the instructions (label / no label, above / below, etc.). But you
don't actually need to have the image there before you add the
caption.

(I simply put it on the QAT.)

Or, create a text box with your explanatory text, size it, move it to the
bottom of the image and group it with the image. Then, both will move as
one.
