Images (jpg) not displaying in emails

We use Exchange Enterprose 2003 SP 2 on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. We are
not receiving emails with images that as late as last week were displaying
in Outlook with no problem. Now the images do not display.

Here is an example of a link

http://www.moranandco.com/inc/thumb.asp?image=/uploads/695-Img1-ALLD-2556-259.jpg&w=220&h=143

That will bring up the link in IE but not Outlook. If you message content
is also sent to google email it displays correctly.

What can occur to cause such a problem? We have not changed any setting but
have recently patched the server.
