Images missing when printing from mail-preview

Hi,

When printing from Outlook 2k3 (using Exchange 2k3), if the message is
printed from the mail preview window (just clicking the printer icon), images
don't print. The images are showing in the preview pane, but do not print
out. If the message is opened in a new/full window, it prints the images as
expected. As users are complaining about the hassle of the extra steps to
get the message to print out correctly, I'm hoping there is a patch / fix /
"work around".
