Images not showing up in website

I have recently replaced all the banners on my site,
http://www.thearcsolano.org , with another set of banners I had had stored
in another folder. They show up fine in the editor but viewed in a browser,
the line
<img border="0" src="images/ban_act.gif" width="600" height="75">

is missing from the HTML.

I edit the site live. The code is still there when viewed in Frontpage.

Other graphics I imported and placed that day are working fine.

This happened with another banner type graphic on another site I'm editing,
but hadn't had time to investigate it yet.

Any ideas?

It's your Firewall/Antivirus - are you using Norton?

If he's got Norton, I'll bet he's having the same problem I'm having. Norton
removes images from websites for some reason. It's really annoying.
