Images print as black box

Even after reviewing and troubleshooting using ALL of the suggestions listed
under the topic of 'black box printing', I still can't seem to fix the
problem! Are there any other suggestions floating out there?

I had good results cutting/copying the graphic and pasting it back in using
Paste Special | Picture (Windows Metalfile).
