I have a user with a Windows 2000 computer running Office
XP and whenever she copies an image and pastes it into a
Word document or an Excel spreadsheet it just appears as a
black rectangle. If I insert a few <CR>'s after the
image, it will usually appear correctly. I can also get
it to display correcly if I resize the image, but then if
I scroll down on the page and then scroll back, it will be
black again. So far I have installed all of the Windows
updates and all of the Office updates. I tried changing
screen resolutions and bit depths, and I even updated the
display driver (Radeon Mobility 7000). Any ideas on where
to proceed from here? Thanks!
