Imaging software is in Office 2003 pro. vs. Office 97 Compare?

I loved the Kodak-based Imaging program on office 97 Pro., a copy of which I
own (it is not installed anywhere now). I have 2003 pro ready to install
either on a new no-frills desktop or another unit which now has the trial
copy of the standard Office program on it. (I need to do a destructive
restoration on the later desktop).
Questions: Before I install anything, is there a comparable Imaging
software package on 03 Pro? And/or, Can I install (how?) at least the Imaging
software from 97 (I have concerns about the XP Service pack 2 issues and
office 97)?

The "Kodak Imaging" came with the operating system, not Office. It was
dropped in Windows XP, because Microsoft did not want to pay the
increased licensing fees the owner of the license wanted. There is
Microsoft Document Imaging in Office 2003. It's better in some features
and lacking in others, compared to Kodak Imaging.

Thanks Bob I,

Now that I've gotten past my embarrasment ... another question. I want to
install my Office Pro in 2 desktops ... one will be taken down for a period
of time and become my main unit later. The other is new unit bought as a
back-up. Is there an option during the set-up sequence that allows me to
purchase a license extension (or a number to call to do this) to allow me to
do what I've described?

ps. I'm also a retired community college teacher, but I did not buy Office
Pro at an academic outlet. Any way this allows me to do the two installs
within the eula?

Retail Office packages can be moved from one PC to another without
buying additional licenses. Simply uninstall from one and install on the
other, use the telephone option for activation at the time you install
if "automatic" doesn't work.
