Imaging - sorry, you can now see my email address

Hello, I'm at my wit's end. I simply cannot get Document Scanning/Imaging to detect my scanner - Agfa Snapscan Touch.

The thing is, it worked _fine_ a few days ago - it detected the scanner, scanned a document for me - no problem at all. Since then I haven't done anything I can think of that would have caused a problem, but in any case I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office XP Tools, reinstalled Office itself, made sure SP 2 is installed, unplugged an replugged the scanner, checked all the USB 2 ports. But even though the scanner is recognised in Control Panel, and tests fine, and the Agfa software works fine, Document Scanning _still_ shows a blank when I try to scan - no scanner is detected

I'm desperate. Help

Thanks
Davi
