I have a couple of POP e-mail accounts on Outlook 2002 (running XP pro). I recently tried to set up an IMAP account. Initial setup is successful. But after closing and later re-opening Outlook, the IMAP account can not be accesed. There is a message "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The information store could not be opened.
If I again go in and set up the IMAP account (ie: make a change to the name), the account can be accessed

Shut down outlook and restart....no IMAP account access. Very frustrating

Has anyone had a similar experience and are there any fixes?
