IMAP error

I keep getting an error message when I open Entourage, it says "Security Failure. Data Decryption error. Error 2004". I've searched many treads and forums but didn't find anything that could help me.The problem seems to be only on this computer because I have other Mac using Entourage and it's just working fine.

Another thing that might help, I can send but not received so it might be a security issue but I just can't find the cause.

I've not come across that problem before.

Are you connecting to your exchange server on a local network, or
through a VPN? With the error mentioning decryption, I am suspecting an
SSL layer may be involved.
