Hi guys!
Hope I am in the right group and apologies for the cross posting
I have outlook 2010 and have 2 emails accounts on it:
One is my student account on MS Exchange
The other is my private virgin IMAP account (I chose IMAP so I could sync
with other devices I use)
The default email is my Virgin.
I have set it up so that the outgoing server is smtp.virgin.com using the
same log on as my receive.
I have noticed that if I send an email from my private it seems to be sent
though my student exchange account.
I noticed when I got a message that I had reached my box size limit.
Checking my private account I have only used 1%.
I know that my student mail box has a very very small capacity. I will set
up archive so that the mailbox does not get to full capacity but how can I
make sure that private mail are sent via Virgin and not via exchange!
My OS is Windows 7 Pro
Would appreciate any help
Thanks
Cass
