I am having a couple problems with Outlook 2007 and IMAP public folders.
Currently, I am getting my mail from the IMAP server, no problem. I just
configured an IMAP account and that part seems fine. I also need to download
stuff that resides in a #shared directory, which is a public folder. I am
unable to subscribe to these folders from my configured account. To get
around this, I had to create a second account, and set this new account's
root folder as #shared. Now, I AM able to subscribe to the public folders I
need in this second account, but the problem is that I DO NOT get any of the
emails in these public directories. I have the folder, but not the emails
that are in the folders. So my questions are:
1. How do I see my emails that are in the public folder #shared?
2. Can I do this with only one account configuration?
I currently do this with ThunderBird with no problems. I would like to do
the same with Outlook 2007.
Thanks in advance, any help with this is appreciated.
