Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap The user has two email addresses. We setup a rule to put email sent to a particular email address into another folder for easy sorting. This is working fine.
However, when trying to delete an email from the folder that receives these moved emails, the deleted item shows up for a split-second in the 'deleted items' folder, then reappears in the filtered folder.
When the rule is disabled, the email can be deleted as normal.
The rule is simple: If any recipient address = "X" then move it to folder "X". And again, this works. But why is this rule running when we're trying to delete email?
