User has been experiencing problems within the last two weeks or so.
Sometimes the connection is down for only a few minutes, particularly
at startup. Other times, she has had no connectivity for hours or
even part of a day.
She has had no problems getting mail on her iPhone or in WebMail -
only Outlook, both on an office computer (experiencing the worst
problems) and a home computer (not as bad as the office computer, but
certainly not good).
Talked to Network Solutions and the tech was adamant that it was not
their problem, but one with Microsoft.
Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any thoughts on this?
