IMAP show/hide dialog checkbox - registry setting?

In Outlook 2000 there was a registry setting controlled whether or not the
dialog box showed when downloading from the IMAP server. Is there such a
setting in Outlook 2003? I need to keep end users from hiding that dialog
box, and want to control it through the registry, but cannot find that
setting.
