Imbedded Excel Graph Problem

I have a imbedded Excel line graph in a word doc. I have 5 variables or data series that I want to plot. 4 of the data series are working fine, but no matter what I do I can't the 5th one to appear. Is there a limit to the number of data series that will appear? It works fine in Excel and I would rather not link the graph

If you set up this graph in Excel (as a test), and use copy/paste into
Word, do you see everything then?

Have you checked how the graph appears in Print Preview, or when you
print? Sometimes things don't show on screen, but print...

which version of Office are we dealing with?
