Imbedded videos not viewable in Entourage email

I subscribe to email newsletters (e.g., Mashable) that often have embedded links to video clips (e.g., youtube.) The links appear as blank spaces in the body of the email message. If I go to the websites directly via a browser, the links appear as functioning video clips--by that I mean the initial image in a frame with the start button in the middle.

How can I make these images/links work in my Entourage email?

thanks,

Rob

Hi Rob,

spaces in the body of the email message.

I suspect the video is a flash video in an html message and Entourage
simply doesn't support Flash :-/

I should add that most email programs will not display embedded Flash
content. It's a bad idea.

Include a static image of the video (YouTube provides these
automatically) and click through to the video page. Displaying it in an
email will almost never work.
