Imbedding Calendar in an Access Application

Hi,

I am trying to imbed a calendar in my forms application.
The application will assign IT jobs to three possible
people all of whom work for the same company. We all
have Outlook as well but not exchange server. We can
create a separate e-mail account to be shared among
users. Is it possible to create an application which
imbeds the Outlook calendar or a calendar from MS
Access? What would be involved in doing something like
this?
