Imbedding Objects in Other Drawings

I have a Visio drawing with multiple pages. I'd like to create a separate
file for each of these pages but have the separate files updated when the
"master" drawing pages are updated. I can imbed an object from the "master"
drawing but it will only imbed the last page I had visiable on my screen and
only after I closed the "master" document. Is it possible to have multiple
drawing files for each page of a master drawing?

I guess a little more information might be needed. Are you attempting to
manually change the master document, or, can all of the documents share the
same data source (i.e. take advantage of data recordsets in visio2007).

I would like all changes to be made in the master drawings document that
contains multiple pages and then have those page updates reflected in the
separate files for each page. Hope that helps. I am running Visio 2003.

Unfortunately that's not one of the standard functions so some custom code
would have to be developed.

Dang, how would this suggestion get in to Microsoft's development team for
future features? I'd be willing to beta test for them!
