Imcompatability language version

Hello,

When I open user contact data (address etc) in a public folder the
result in Outlook US-version is different from de dutch Outlook
version. The address fields are in a different order.

In de US version the city is displayed in the field labeled with
"City". When I open the same user contact data in de dutch version,
then the city (I.E. "Amsterdam") is displayed in the field labeled
with "Provincie" (= "State"). And in the field labeled with "Plaats"
(= "City"), the ZIP-code is displayed.

Is this a known problem?
