I installed the IME for Traditional Chinese on both my laptop and desktop. I
don't know why the ime pad on my laptop has only 3 options and does not allow
me to input chinese characters by drawing.
I believe i downloaded the program from the same source on the Microsoft
site. However,the version of the IME pad is 8.0.2620.0 and the version of ime
on my desktop is 8.2.3124.0. I reinstalled the ime on my laptop again but
it's still the same. I am using windows xp and office 2003.
Could anyone help please?
