IF YOUR USING WINXP,

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS, COZ THIS WORKED FOR ME.
1. GO TO CONTROL PANEL
2. CLICK REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS.
3. CLICK LANGUAGES MENU
4. AT THE LOWER PART -SUPPLEMENTAL LANGUAGES, CHECK THE
INTALL FILES FOR EAST ASIAN LANGUAGES BUT YOU NEED YOUR
WINXP SETUP CD FOR THAT.
5. YOU WILL HAVE TO RESTART YOUR PC IF YOUR ASKED OR NOT.
6. AFTER RESTARTING, REPEAT STEP 1 - STEP 3.
7. CLICK DETAILS ON TEXT SERVICES & INPUT LANGUAGES.
8. CLICK ADD ON THE LOWER PART AT INSTALLED SERVICES &
SCROLL UP THE INPUT LANGUAGE TO THE CHINESE PART & YOU
HAVE TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU LIKE.ie CHINESE (TAIWAN)
9. CHECK THE KEYBOARD LAYOUT/IME.
10. THEN CHOOSE THE ONE YOUR FAMILIAR WITH INPUT METHOD.
11. CLICK OK
12. CLICK THE KEY SETTINGS AND CHANGE THE SHORTCUT KEY
SEQUENCE WHICHEVER YOU LIKE.
13. CLICK OK AND SEE IF YOU COULD GO INTO THEIR
PROPERTIES.
14. CLICK OK AND NOW YOU CAN INPUT TRADITIONAL CHINESE
FONTS.
15. OPEN MSWORD OR EXCEL, THEN LEFT CLICK THE LANGUAGE ON
TASKBAR AND CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE.
