IMicrosoft Office Template and Media Control?

I recently installed IE 7 and am having difficulties downloading Word
Templates.

I am prompted to install Microsoft Office Template and Media Control but the
install fails. I went to tools and tried to manage my controls but cannot
find the referenced control.

Hi GUSJR, This is John from Microsoft, when you try installing the Template
and Media ActiveX Control what error page are you running into? You can just
copy the text from the error page, it should be enough to help me identify
the issue you are seeing.

Hi Gusjr, Can you check if you still have ActiveX controls enabled after
upgrading to IE7?
