Immediately Sending E-mails originated in Internet Explorer via Outlook...

I am trying to send emails from a web-site I just created and all of the users the page is designed for are using Outlook. I want to configure Outlook so that it sends the emails originated in Internet Explorer immediately. Right now, the emails hang in the Outbox for a small period of time and then are sent out. This is not a problem if one is on a network, but many of the people using the system are going to be on dial-up and they are not very computer savvy so they will not want to have to open Outlook just to press the Send/Receive button. Does anyone know of a way to make Outlook send these emails immediately? Outlook Express sends them immediately without any special configuration, but Outlook seems to getting a little testy. Thanks.

Outlook needs to be open to send immediately from other applications and the
web. What version of Outlook are you using?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
