immovable footer

I would like to move the footer down so I can add more information onto the
form but the footer will not move.

What could be some possible causes?

Instead of the footer, try moving the Detail section. Your cursor icon
should change to a split bar when you are ready to enlarge a section.

I can make the form bigger but the Form Footer is way above the bottom of the
page.

If you move the bottom of the footer toward the separation bar, what
happens?

Nothing. The Form Footer will not budge. I even tried right clicking on the
Form Footer left side by the ruler.

When I move the cursor over the upper edge of the Form Footer i get a
double-headed arrow but it will not move the bar.

When I click on the Form Footer the bar turns black but still will not move.

When I move the cursor over the lower edge of the Form Footer - nothing
happens. I was hoping for a double-headed arrow.

Could the FORM Footer be locked somehow?

There is no way to lock it. Change the .invalid to .org in my email address
and email me privately. I'll try to help.
