Imorting to a relational dBase

Help Please,
I am about to build a new relational dBase and want to know how do import
the old dBase that has been collected over the years. This project is for a
non-profit and I am not sure about this, I am to new at this.....

You can either import the old data into the new database (under File | Get
External Database | Import), or (better) simply link to the old data (under
File | Get External Database | Link Tables). You can then write queries to
write the old data into the new, normalized tables.
