Implementation Methodology & Project Plan

Hi;
We are starting to do implementations of Project Server 2007 and wonder if
there is a methodology which we can follow to do the implementation; i am
interested in such tasks of defining the vision , gathering the business
requirements and defining the scope of the implementation?

Also, i would appreciate if anyone can provide me with a project plan for
implementation of project server.

Gary,
Thank you for your response; i already have the book and going through it
right now; it has already helped us very much in better understanding the
project server and how to plan our implementations.

I have come across sure step methodology for MS Dynamics products and its a
very interesting methodology with good documentations and flow of steps and
was wondering if there is anything similar to it but is targeted for project
server 2007 and its implementations.
