Implementing Banner Page on each print job:

Hello-

I am an office manager, from a firm, wondering how to
implement banner pages on each employee's print job in all
microsoft programs becasue we have a few commuity printers
and sometimes jobs get lost when many people print at
once. I am not sure if there is a network way to do this
or each individual must program the banner page on their
print jobs. If you could help with this problem, that
would be great- no one within the firm seems to know.

If you're talking about a separator sheet, this is a printer function,
accessed through the printer Properties.
