Import a file

I want to design a interface which enable users to import a file to the
database no matter where the file locate. Therefore, any control can help
user to find the path of a file? It is simular to the online photo album.
Where we click browse button, we can find the file and when we click OK the
program will return the path. Finally the user can click "Import" button.
