import a iaf file in outlook express ?

Hello,
I can import an iaf file in Outlook Express using Tools/Account/Import, but
is there a way to do it from command line without running OE ? Something
like : msimn.exe /import:sample.iaf ?
Or another way that I can use in a script ?
