Import a project

Whats the different between importing a project through Import Wizard and
publishing a project (after it has been saved).Actually i have published a
project
It was published into project server through the publish option found in
left panel of MS Office Projet 2k3 . ( Where you have to answer a few
questions and at the end the Project is published ) . i just wanna know " Is
a project published through Import wizard or it is just simply published into
Project sever 2003 ( through the panel in which we define the tasks etc) ?
Plese help me on this thing and clear my mind . Thank you.

joj,
I have the same question as you... and thank you for asking it.... I have
experienced where a PM was unable to publish their non-enterprise project....
so saved it first to the Project Server and then it was able to be
published... seems to me there are two way of saving/publishing a project...
