Import account settings from old Outlook 2002 to 2003

R

Ronnie

I get the following message in Outlook 2003 whenever I
import account settings:
"No internet accounts were found to import."
Running XP pro sp1 and all updates with Office 2003 with
all current updates.
I renamed the old Outlook.pst file to outlookexport.pst
and copied to the same folder as outlook.pst file located
at C:\Documents and Settings\ron\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Any help would be appreciated.

Account settings are not stored in your .pst file. If you upgraded on the
same machine, Outlook 2003 should be using the same profile(s) as you
created in Outlook 2002. If this is a different machine, you'll need to add
your accounts manually.
