Import "Actual Work" time from a text file

How can I add "Actual Work" for resources who are in
several projects simultaneously? Right now I'm only able
to add to the field "Actual work" for tasks. Every task
may have several resources and Project evens out these
work hours among the resources. I want to be able to set
these independently and have the task's "Actual Work"
field calculated (sum) instead.
