Import Address Book and Folders to Outlook Express

I have a new computer and would like to import my address
book from my Outlook Express 5.5 to my new Outlook
Express 6.0.
I copied my address book (wab)file from my old computer
and imported it to the new Outlook, but no addresses
show. Are they stored somewere else.
Also,I tried to import my folders from a hard drive that
I had copied them to and the wizard would not let me
select individual folders and gave me an error that there
were no files there or they my be in use.
Also, I my running Windows XP. Were are the Outlook
Express data files stored?
Any ideas on how I can get these folders in my new
Outlook.
