Import and Export grayed out.

I think this happened before, but I can't remember why. I want to export my
address book to a new installation of OUTLOOK. But when I attempt to import
the Import command in Outlook Address Book, it is grayed out. I was easily
able to export a WAB file from Outlook Express to Outlook several months
ago. What do I have to do to export the Address Book in Outlook 2K?

In Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs. Locate your Office or Outlook
entry and click Change. Add the export/import functions.
