Due to Adobe's announcement that they will suspend support of PageMaker, we will have to switch to InDesign. Does anyone have a solution to the problem of importing and linking Excel charts into InDesign? InDesign does not support OLE. InDesign will not allow Copy>Paste>Paste Special of Excel charts and reproduce the chart exactly as it appears in Excel. We know that the charts can be made into PDF files in Excel and placed into InDesign, but they are not linked to the original source. This means that every time a change is made in the Excel chart, it has to be re-PDF's and re-imported into InDesign (a time-consuming process that allows for many errors) Is anyonw aware of any third party plug-ins that will allow this to happen?
