Assuming you do mean the Office Address Book (as opposed to Apple's Address
Book), it isn't a Word feature. It's an Office component which is managed by
Entourage & shared with the other programs. In Entourage go to File> Import
& follow the dialog to import from a previous version.
Yes t is the office address book or contact list and I will try your suggestion.
