Import Contacts from Outlook Mail

I would like to aggregate my contacts from all my existing mail in Outlook
2010 and take them into BCM. Is it possible?

I tried doing it one at a time. Right clicked on the contact from the mail
header and selected create in BCM, business contact. This process leaves out
the e-mail address which I have to then manually copy.
