import contacts: IM address field not available?

Hello,

I have a large contact list to import into outlook 2003. (an excel
spreadsheet)

One of the fields is "IM Address".

When importing into Outlook contact, I "map custom fields", and virtually
every contact field imaginable is available, except one: IM Address

Our company uses IM heavily for communication between employees.

How can I import IM addresses?
