import Contacts into Charitable donors list

I need to import a contacts list of names into a charitable donators list of
names.

Is this an Access database? Which version?

Are your "lists" stored in tables in Access? ?Stored somewhere/somehow
else?

I am using Access Database 2007. I have two databases One Contact list and the Oter Chiirtable Contributions Database. List are stored in Tables/ I would like to Imprt my Contact list database into the cheritable contributs data base so all the names from one list will merge into the other list.

Open the Charitable database.

Link to the table in your Contact database.

Create a query against the Contact table, turn it into an Append query, and
append to the Charitable table.
