Import contacts&msgs to Outlook from Windows Live Mail in Vista

I have Windows lIve Mail on Vista and would like to export the contacts,
messages and other folders (with stored messages) to files that can then be
imported into Outlook. Can't seem to find any references to help or maybe
it's just obvious. Don't know and could use some help. The files are huge and
WLM is starting to act a little strangely.
