import contacts outlook 2007

how do i import contacts into outlook 2007 into the 'My Contacts' heading
rather than the business contacts as it asks under the File>import> header????

in outlook 2003 you could import contacts under the file>import and export
header but now it just sends me to the business contacts manager and desnt
offer me the option of my destination folder....
