Import converter - can't find WORDRET.MSI

I am trying to open a document in Word 2002 XP but get a message that says:
"Microsoft Words needs a converter to display this file properly. This
feature is not currently installed. Do you want to install it now?" I then
click YES and the "installing components" screen opens with "Installing:
Import Converter". After a brief moment I get a box that says "The feature
you are trying to use is on a CD rom or other removable disk that is not
available. Insert the Microsoft Word 2002 disk and click OK." When I insert
the MS Word 2002 disk the WORDRET.MSI file cannot be found, the converter
won't install, and I can't open my file. Where can I find the WORDRET.MSI
file ?

If a version of Microsoft Works Suite is installed on your
computer, try inserting the Works Suite CD when prompted for the
WORDRET.MSI file.
