How to create a button in a worksheet to import csv file automatically (when
I click the button) to the worksheet ?

ABC.TXT
Date,Time,KG,TIME (S)

Record a macro when you select the cell that gets the data.

And then continue recording when you use:
Data|Import External data|Import data.
